Warranty Coverage for Your Wrist Watch
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our wristwatches, and we stand behind them with a manufacturer's official dealer guarantee. It's important to understand what our warranty covers to ensure you have the best experience with your timepiece. Please read the following explanation carefully:
What is Covered by the Warranty:
The warranty on all watches purchased from our online or physical store covers the watch mechanism. This means that any defects or malfunctions related to the internal movement of the watch are covered. The duration of this warranty is two (2) years from the date of purchase.
What is NOT Covered by the Warranty:
Wear and Tear: The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on components such as the glass, bracelets, clasp, straps, and crowns. These parts are subject to natural aging and daily use, and their condition may change over time.
Misuse: Misusing the watch in conditions not suitable for its specified water resistance is not covered by the guarantee. For example, using a watch with a water resistance rating of 30 meters (3 bars) for swimming or diving is considered misuse.
Claims and Repairs during the 2-years Guarantee Period:
The Manufacturer's Guarantee Card (supplied during purchase), must be presented for any Under Guarantee claims. (All watches sold by us, are accompanied by the Manufacturer's Guarantee Card.)
Water Resistance Guidelines:
To ensure the longevity of your watch and to prevent damage, it is essential to use your watch according to its water resistance rating. Here's a quick guide:
Water Resistant 30m (3 bars): Suitable for daily use and incidental contact with water, moisture, and sweat. This watch is not designed for swimming or diving.
Water Resistant 50m (5 bars): Suitable for daily use and can withstand activities like showering and swimming. However, it is not suitable for deep-water activities such as scuba diving.
Water Resistant 100m (10 bars): Suitable for daily use and is suitable for water sports like swimming and sailing. It can handle a higher level of water pressure but is not designed for professional diving.
Water Resistant 200m (20 bars): Suitable for both daily and professional use, including scuba diving. This watch can handle the pressure associated with underwater activities.
Important Note:
Please be aware that no watch is waterproof when exposed to hot water. It's crucial to avoid exposing your watch to hot water as it can damage the seals and compromise its water resistance.
We hope this explanation clarifies the coverage provided by the warranty and how to use your watch appropriately.
